McLeod Campus Programs were created to set you up for success and support your professional development every step of the way. Our mission is to welcome the next class of interns, co-ops, and new grads who are ready for a life-changing experience and excited to share adventures.

Intern and Cooperative Education Program

We are seeking the sharpest, most dedicated students interested in contributing to challenging projects and starting their careers with us through a co-op or internship experience. McLeod co-ops and interns gain hands-on experience during their tenure. We hire interns each semester, with the largest number of interns working in the summer. Co-op students work three semesters, alternating a semester of coursework between each rotation. Co-ops typically work within our Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Software Development teams. Co-op students must register with your school’s cooperative education office to express interest or to sign up for interviews.

New Graduates

We welcome new graduates who are passionate about reimagining the transportation and trucking industry, and who seek to be part of creating software for our customers.
