Is there a conference mobile app?

The UC2023 mobile app is provided by Cvent Attendee Hub. A download announcement with instructions will be sent to all attendee email addresses approximately one to two weeks prior to the conference.

If you do not receive the email notification to download the event app, you can search your app store for the Cvent Events app, click to download, then search for McLeod Software 2023 User Conference.

How do I manage my Exhibitor Booth Profile inside the UC mobile app?

The Cvent Exhibitor Portal access will be sent to your exhibitor manager. If you need the email notification resent to you for access, or you wish to be added as an exhibitor manager, please contact exhibit@mcleodsoftware.com

Will an attendee list be shared to exhibitors?

As a privately held company and our show being a private event, we do not share our customer list or attendees of UC outside of the event mobile app.

The UC2023 mobile app provides all registered attendees access to the “attendees” page after login. Attendee profiles are set by default to reveal First & Last Name, Business Title, and Company Name. Please note, the attendee list is not downloadable.

Each attendee has the ability to manage their own privacy. Email addresses and phone numbers are protected information and not revealed unless the attendee changes their contact profile from private to public. If you decide to participate in Lead Capture (additional fees and can be purchased via the Exhibitor Portal) you will have access to full attendee contact information of the attendee badges your team scans as well as scanned badges for your breakout session if you have secured one in your sponsorship.

Attendees can message other attendees to connect and request appointments via the app as well.

Will "Lead Capture" be provided?

Lead capture will be provided at an additional charge via Cvent to any exhibiting vendor. Information is provided within the Cvent Exhibitor Portal.

Lead capture provides the exhibitor the ability to scan an attendee badge and review lead information via the Cvent Exhibitor Portal instantly. Your downloadable list will include basic attendee information plus email and phone number along with any other notes or comments your staff provides.

If you have a breakout session as a sponsorship deliverable, attendee badges will be scanned as they enter your session room. A session attendee list will be provided to you electronically at the end of your session.

If you need the email notification resent to you for access to Lead Capture, please contact exhibit@mcleodsoftware.com
