NEW Exhibition Priority
Point System
As a result of variations in exhibition venue and space, booth
locations and perceived booth location value, we developed a point
system to help vendors determine their exhibit space selection. This
Exhibition Priority Point System allows vendors to accumulate points
based on various criteria.
A vendor will have priority booth
selection based on the number of points accumulated by the
established deadline. To obtain points, vendors must meet the deadlines set
below:
Early
Booth Registration Deadline – June 30, 2007
- Early Registration (5 points)
Other
Category Deadlines – July 15, 2007

Sponsorship Points (1 point for every $1,000 in
sponsorship – s)
Examples: $10,000 = 10 points, $3,000 = 3 points, $1,500 = 1.5 points,
$750 = .75 points
- Conference
Program Ad (1 point)
Ads in sponsorship packages do not
count toward points
- Free Exhibitor Listing Description (1 point)
- Booth Prize Drawing
(2 points)
- Booth and/or Sponsorship Paid in Full (3 points)
Excluding
extra exhibitor attendees

- Conference Exhibition Loyalty:
Participated last year, 2006 – 1 point
