Exhibition Booth Information

McLeod Software features a trucking technology & services tradeshow throughout the conference. The exhibition is located in a high-traffic area as conference attendees travel throughout the exhibition area to access meeting rooms and scheduled refreshments. Only 31 exhibitors are allowed to participate in the tradeshow. Prices for booths are as follows:

(Amounts doubled for two adjoining booths.)

Exhibition Booth Locations
Your booth selection position will be based on priority. You will be contacted after July 15 to select your booth based on the number of points you have accumulated in the Priority Points System.

Booth selection assignments will begin July 16, 2007.

Booth Registration Includes: (early = 5 points)
- 8’ x 10’ carpeted exhibit space 
- 6’ table with black skirting 
- Two folding chairs 
- Waste basket 
- Piping and drapes (yellow and black) 
- Company I.D. sign 
- Two complimentary conference registrations (additional registrations $500 each)
- Company recognition on the Users' Conference web site page
- Exhibition Punch Card Prize Drawing (see below)*

- Promotion of your own Booth Prize Drawing (see below)***
- Wireless Internet access (must complete request form in exhibitor services packet)
- Free 120 volt electrical outlet
- One power strip rental

*Exhibition Punch Card Prize Drawing 
McLeod Software provides each conference participant, excluding vendors and McLeod staff, with a punch card that lists each exhibiting company. Throughout the conference, participants are encouraged to have their cards hole-punched by each exhibiting vendor. Those who have their cards completely hole-punched are eligible to participate in a drawing for a prize worth hundreds of dollars.

**Free Exhibitor Listing (1 point) Descriptions must be received by July 15, 2007.
Each exhibiting company will have a complimentary company listing in the Exhibitor Section of the Conference Program that includes their company/product description.

***Exhibitor Booth Prize Drawing (2 points)
Exhibitors are encouraged to hold a drawing in their booth to attract prospects and customers. If your company chooses to have a drawing, please indicate this on the Booth Registration Form. Small complimentary booth giveaways are also encouraged, but you do not acquire points for these.

If you let us know by July 31, McLeod Software will publicize your drawing within the free exhibitor listing description located in the Conference Program. Prizes should be worth more than $100. Examples of prizes include, but are not limited to, PDA's, golf clubs, DVD players, your company’s services, etc. Drawing winners will be announced at the Closing General Session & Lunch on Friday. If the winner is not present at the time of drawing, the exhibiting vendor is responsible for getting their prize to the winner. Prizes will be picked up on the exhibition floor during the conference.

It is important that your exhibition staff be aware, in advance, that your company is holding a drawing at the booth, in order for us to promote it properly.

Program Ads (1 point)
All program ads must be grayscale and fit on 8.5”x 11” paper. They should be submitted via email to Mark.Stephens@McLeodSoftware.com as a high resolution (300dpi file) PDF. Bleeds are acceptable. Please place in the subject line of the e-mail "UC 2007-ad and your company name." Deadline is July 31, 2007.
