Friendly Receptions
Our conference offers several opportunities to mingle and make acquaintances with your peers. The first is a Welcoming Reception on Wednesday evening. This reception, with Its Casablanca theme, kicks off the conference on Wednesday evening.

After the first full day of learning and sessions on Thursday, you’re invited to take part in a special evening beginning with a cocktail reception in the Exhibition Area prior to the banquet on Thursday evening.

The "Funniest Man in America,"
Comedian James Gregory to Perform
Following the cocktail reception and banquet on Thursday evening, enjoy the hilarious performance of "The Funniest Man In America," James Gregory. One of the nation's funniest comedians, James appears live on over 200 radio shows during morning and afternoon drive times throughout the year, every year. These appearances frequently include syndicated radio shows: "John Boy and Billy Show" (Charlotte, NC), "Rick and Bubba" (Birmingham, AL), "Bob and Tom" (Indianapolis, IN), and "Steve and DC" (St. Louis, MO). His comedy bits are played on a regular basis on many other radio stations throughout the country as well. He has performed for over 300 corporate clients, including Coca Cola, Hewlett Packard, Kimberly Clark, Kroger Supermarkets and the American Red Cross. James has also been featured on TNT's Weekly Show "Liars and Legends." You won't want to miss his performance!

Tour of the Mercedes-Benz Museum
On Friday afternoon from 2:00 - 5:30 p.m., McLeod Software is hosting a complimentary tour of the Mercedes-Benz Museum at the local Mercedes-Benz Plant's Visitor Center. Much more than a museum, the Visitor Center's exhibits propel people down a multimedia path through the past, present, and future of automotive technology. Motor coach transportation will be provided.

Golf Outing & Cookout
The McLeod Software Complementary Annual Golf Outing & Cookout is a tradition of our Users’ Conference. This "just for fun" golf outing (scrambles format) will be played on the newly reconstructed Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail’s Oxmoor Valley "Valley Golf Course."

The fun begins with early breakfast at the Clubhouse followed by hitting golf balls on the driving range for warm-up. The shot-gun start is at 8:00 a.m. followed by hours of golf on rolling fairways. It all wraps up with a cookout on the patio of the Clubhouse and lots of prizes to be given away by 2:00 p.m.

This year's conference offers more prizes than ever! Winners of the Grand Prize drawings may receive a 50'' flat panel HDTV, computer laptops, personal navigation systems, digital cameras, personal DVD players, round-trip airline tickets and much more! All drawings will be held at the conclusion of the Closing General Session & Lunch on Friday.
