Software Architecture: Overview

McLeod Software has invested approximately three years and more than three million dollars developing the most advanced dispatch and accounting transportation management software available to the trucking industry. LoadMaster® is the only transportation management software system that is based on the high performance Java™2, Enterprise Edition (J2EE™) technologies.

Java Technology
We selected Java technology as the base language for our LoadMaster® product, a high performance software language that provides optimal flexibility in its software, resulting in more power to our users. Java will enable our software to perform well into the 21st Century.

Open System Architecture
LoadMaster® is based on the high performance Java (J2EE) technologies, providing open system architecture which allows LoadMaster to operate on virtually any platform, database or network.
