McLeod Software Continues To See Strong Software Sales: Adds 127 New Customers in the Last 18 months

Birmingham, AL- McLeod Software has added 127 new LoadMasterÒ Version 7 customers in the last 18 months. These new customers increase the software company’s active customer roster to more than 500 carriers and private fleets.

“We attribute much of this growth to a strong economy and the willingness of more trucking companies to invest in the latest technologies,” said Rick Halbrooks, vice president of sales and marketing for McLeod Software. “Companies are eager to acquire software with live data reporting that allow them to make better business decisions and respond more quickly to change and opportunity.

We’ve been selling LoadMaster Version 7, for almost 4 years now,” Halbrooks continued, “The fact that we have 100 % retention of those customers, testifies to our commitment to offer a product that gives customers more choices and a high level of service and support.”

Halbrooks also reports that the company has had over 50 percent continued growth in software sales for the last two years running, with this year looking just as strong. In the upcoming months, the company has plans to open a satellite location to complement the Birmingham headquarters.
