Private Notification Network Module
The McLeod Software Private Notification Network (PNN) Module can automatically inform your preferred business partners about available loads and/or tractors that are currently operated under the LoadMaster Dispatch system, as well as available loads in the PowerBroker™ system. PNN improves productivity through better equipment utilization and by allowing you to spend less time on the phone hunting for equipment and/or loads because business partners initiate the response.
PNN transmits real-time information to customers, carriers and/or brokers based upon the predetermined profiles. Transmissions can be made via fax or Internet e-mail. The lane profiles can be defined by state, dispatch zone, or 3-digit zip code.
The PNN control file determines what information the system should send, who to send it to, and when it should be sent. In addition, your business partners can respond immediately via fax, Internet e-mail or phone regarding any of the load/equipment they receive.
Once the profiles are established, the transmission of information runs automatically. However, you can always override the PNN control file to send current information immediately.
