Symphony Mobile Communications Module

McLeod Software’s LoadMaster® Mobile Communications Module, Symphony, provides a single user interface into multiple mobile communication solutions. Symphony currently supports interfaces with QUALCOMM® mobile communications systems, GeoLogic Solutions, PeopleNet, MobileAria, DriverTech, Vistar and Global 2-Way for global positioning. With our unique design, your company may have a mixture of mobile communication vendor products installed in your fleet and communicate with all of them through one module, making it invisible to the dispatcher. Using automatic dispatch updates from Symphony to your LoadMaster Dispatch module makes streamlining your operations easy.

Features & Benefits:

• User group filters can determine which messages display on a particular user's Message List, Message History, and Position List. Users groups can be based on message type, users, tractors, drivers, or dispatch zones.
• The Message List allows you to see current inbound and outbound messages. As new messages are received, tractor positions are automatically updated. Command keys allow you to toggle from a message to the tractor's current movement or position history screen.
• The Position List screen displays the last reported tractor position. The map command will display their position on a map.
