Load Tracking Capabilities
The Load Tracking Module allows your customers to obtain their specific load information without speaking with a customer service representative. They can obtain locations and status of active shipments immediately by using multiple search tools. They can also organize the shipment data into reports using the online sorting tools.
A customer can easily view detailed shipment information selecting a specific shipment and clicking a position point on the shipment map. The shipment detail map zooms to the state level, pinpointing the current location. Load Mapping is integrated with all of the shipment tracking tools so your customers can see the geographic location of their freight.
You always maintain the ability to control customer access to any of these features.
Driver Recruitment
The LoadMaster® Driver Recruiting module automates the hiring process by providing an easy-to-use online employment application that prospective applicants can access over the Internet. When a driver completes the application online, it is sent directly to your company via e-mail. The data is stored in the Driver Recruiting module, keeping track of recruits, recruiting expenditures, and provides you with recruiting reports.
Online Document Retrieval
The Online Document Retrieval module interfaces with McLeod Imaging, allowing your customers to login via the Internet and obtain access to their scanned documents. This easy-to-use application eliminates endless faxing and shuffling of numerous documents that are requested by your customers.
Online Order Entry
With Online Order Entry, your customers may log in and add shipment requests on their own. PowerBroker™ reviews the requested orders for accuracy and incomplete data prior to loading them into your Requested Order database. Your designated employee is immediately notified that a shipment request has arrived via e-mail. The request may then be confirmed by your staff and added as a “live” order ready to be shipped. Finally, PowerBroker™ sends a confirmation via fax or e-mail to your customer indicating that the shipment has been booked.
Driver Center
The Driver Center module allows your agents and drivers to log in and retrieve current and past settlement information over the Internet. This module requires McLeod Imaging. Each driver or agent can be easily set up with a login and password. Once set up, they can log into your website at anytime using a browser and view their settlement information.
