Integrated Mapping Interface

McLeod Software’s Integrated Mapping Interface* provides you with the ultimate operations tool to improve your customer service. Dispatchers can see graphically loads and available trucks on a map. It provides complete information on your driver, tractor and/or load by the click of a mouse and indicates potential problems before they occur. Color alerts on building icons indicate the status of orders and color alerts on truck icons indicate if your trucks are pre-assigned or late. Integrated Mapping allows your dispatcher to drill down geographically on a truck icon, down to the street level, to better determine the exact location of the truck. Mapping can be utilized to display specific loads to specific dispatchers, or your complete fleet as a “war room” display. Either way, Integrated Mapping allows you provide superior management, resulting in the best level of customer service possible. In addition, you can call up a historical geographical map of your trucks to review their routing, mobilecomm or call-in positions, stop locations and/or fuel stop locations.
