Open System Architecture

McLeod Software's LoadMaster® software is based on the high performance Java™2, Enterprise Edition (J2EE) technologies, providing open system architecture. This allows LoadMaster to operate on virtually any platform, database or network.

Platforms
LoadMaster is platform-independent, meaning that applications can run on the AS/400, Windows® (98/NT/2000/XP), RS/6000, Netfinity, HP9000, and Unix (AIX, HP/UX, Linux, SCO) systems without recompiling. It may allow you to utilize whatever hardware platform you currently have with minimal hardware upgrades.

Databases
LoadMaster is database independent, meaning that you make the choice of what database (MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, Informix, etc.) you need or want to use.

Networks
LoadMaster will work on NT, Novell, and other networks.

Hardware
McLeod Software offers turnkey implementation, providing hardware, as well as software configured to the required specifications.
