Steve is a 4th generation trucker, has an MBA from the University of Michigan and over 30 years’ experience in commercial finance. (Nasdaq: TBK), a financial holding company with diversified lines of community banking and commercial finance.

Troy counsels clients in a wide variety of accounting, tax, and business matters, including those specific to the transportation industry. He has extensive experience in tax planning and structuring, tax compliance, financial statement analysis, and representation and advocacy in a variety of IRS matters.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and an MBA. After completing her master’s program in 2005, she took a position as the President of D&S Factors in Fruitland, Idaho. Diana has also started two additional factoring companies, Treasure Valley Factors and Pavestone Capital and has been instrumental in building and designing LoadPay, a new Truckstop.com product.

Ronald Morelock has extensive experience counseling transportation and leasing companies on a broad range of transportation-related tax and regulatory matters, including state and local sales and use tax, income tax nexus, property tax, fuel tax and IRP and IFTA matters. He also has experience with the corporate restructuring of companies in an effort to achieve asset protection and/or sales tax savings.

Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Daseke
Angie Moss joined Daseke in 2013 and has over 22 years’ experience in public accounting with national and regional accounting firms. She has also served on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) committees and on the AICPA Accounting and Review Services Committee, which promulgates standards for accounting and review services. Ms. Moss earned a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating summa cum laude. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

He has used his extensive knowledge and experience in commercial payments to deliver cost savings, process improvement and margin contribution to leading U.S. companies like AvidXchange, Echo Health, Cabela’s, CKE Restaurants, Kinder Morgan, Covenant Transport, Ergon and more.
