Fuel Optimization Interface
McLeod Software provides seamless integration to the IDSC Expert Fuel and Manhattan Associates Fuel & Route fuel optimization software applications. The LoadMasterT interface provides the application with the necessary information needed to make its fueling recommendations based on the parameters determined by your company. The applications evaluate the routing and fuel alternatives for a given dispatch, moves or series of moves, and recommend the optimal fueling pattern. These recommendations help you substantially cut fuel and fuel related costs by eliminating more costly alternatives and ensuring on-time delivery.
Fueling recommendations, or 'solutions', include information such as names and addresses of fuel stops, the sequencing of stop relative to pickups and stop offs, fuel quantity needed and directions.
Normally the solutions are automatically generated when a movement is initially dispatched. Or, your users can manually request a solution, as needed. When a mobile communications interface is used, drivers can initiate requests for a solution and be automatically notified when it is available.
Compliance Reports allow you to track how well drivers are complying with recommended solutions. These reports can be generated by tractor, dispatcher, or for the whole company.
