Fuel Interface

McLeod Software is pleased to offer interfaces with the following fuel providers: Comdata, EFS, Fleet One, TCH, and T-Chek.

The LoadMaster® standard batch fuel interface allows carriers to download fuel transactions on a daily basis and post the information in various reports for use by employees. This interface also provides an optional Fuel Transaction History of all posted fuel transactions.

Fuel transactions are posted to the following LoadMaster modules:

Driver Settlement. Driver deductions are created allowing your company to be reimbursed by drivers for pay advances and/or purchases on the fuel card.

Dispatch. As the fuel transactions are posted, driver call-in entries are created recording drivers' fuel tickets. This gives the dispatcher additional information about the driver's location and activities.

Safety. Entries are made in the Fuel and Mileage area for fuel tax reporting. As fuel transactions are posted, the LoadMaster Fuel Interface records the "on/off road" gallons prices, purchase locations, and hub readings.

Accounts Payable. A voucher will be created for payment to your fuel provider.
