Software Implementation Process

McLeod Software has nearly 20 years of experience installing its software at hundreds of carriers of all sizes. As a result, we have developed a proven implementation process that provides stability and accountability to our customers. Whether your company has 25 trucks or 5,000 trucks, our professional project managers and implementation specialists will provide your company with the satisfaction our customers have come to expect.

The following steps outline a general nine to twelve week implementation process that we provide for most carriers.

Step 1:  McLeod Software receives a signed licensing and software agreement with a check for the agreed amount.

Step 2:  Hardware specifications are confirmed and arrangements are made for installation at your company.

Step 3:  After the hardware is put into operation (4-6 weeks), the LoadMaster® software is installed and configured remotely at your site.

Step 4: Your staff members travel to McLeod Headquarters for three days of intense pre-implementation training.

Step 5:  A McLeod Implementation Specialist arranges a mutually convenient date for training and then travels to your site for one week of training.

Step 6: Your employees practice using the software while your company data is loaded.

Step 7:  At the conclusion of your data load (4-6 weeks), your company goes "Live" on LoadMaster and is assisted by an Implementation Specialist, onsite.

Step 8:  Once live on LoadMaster, your company is assisted remotely by its Implementation Specialist, as needed.
